ATMOSPHERIC OBSERVATION — Continuous monitoring of prevailing conditions.
INSTRUMENTATION & ENGINEERING — Design and maintenance of receiving apparatus.
THEORETICAL STUDIES — Interpretation of recurrent phenomena.
CULTURAL DOCUMENTATION — Collection and study of materials bearing on the program.
RECORDS OFFICE — Custody of program materials. Access restricted.
